Piaggio Ape + Aperol Spritz = Ape-Rol

Design and built a small & mobile cocktail bar which people can rent for events ( weddings, birthdays etc.) tailored to create the perfect aperol spritz.

1. Designed to mix aperol spritz – ( need soda, aperol, champagne/wine, ice & oranges)
2. space for 25 glasses & and to store aperol bottles (tower/ shelf?)
3. ice cubes – Ice cube machine ? then no fridge needed
4. simple, durable & reliable
5. mobile & easy to use ( by customer
6. sunshade
7. transport for long distances – trailer ?
8. lights for evenings
